We only accept returns for the following reasons:
-Items damaged during shipping: For shipping damaged products, you must take a video of yourself opening the package upon shipment arrival, opening the unopened package in one continuous video showing the damaged product/products, to qualify for returns.
-Items that don’t match the product description: A photo will be requested for items not matching the order description (example: if you ordered a Large shirt, but received an XL).

-We don’t accept returns based on client ordering the wrong size, color or design: Prior to submitting your order, please check your size against the size chart in the listing, verify your color choice and style. Computer & telephone screen coloration may differ from the final product shade.
Send your returns request to us via the Contact Us page or email your video or pics directly to info@getgoodgear.com.
Handling (the process prior to shipping) can take up to 5 business days for us to prepare & ship your item. Shipping generally takes 2-6 business days after the product has shipped and most products are shipped with tracking. For oversized Freight items, shipping will take considerably longer. Please contact us after 11 business days if your product hasn’t arrived and we can check for any shipping issues. Please don’t count weekends or holidays, as we aren’t open on holidays or on weekends (and neither is the post office).
